Corrupted Templates

If the saved templates in your files folder (the ones you save with the “Save template layout” function) are corrupted, do the following.
Close all open charts
Click on “Files > Open Data Folder > MQL4 > Files
Simplicity users: Locate the 3 template files (Simplicity YWY, Simplicity YYB and Simplicity YYR) and delete them.
Arc users: Locate the 2 templates files (Arc Scanner and Arc Analysis) and delete them
Open new chart
Apply one of the Simplicity or Arc Scanner template from the template folder
